The decadent and complex flavour of the Tahitian vanilla pods becomes more evident sip after sip as the beer warms, until ultimately revealing a subtle and lasting warming sensation from the cinnamon addition.

Taste: A variety of tropical and citrus flavours evocative of apricots, papaya and candied orange meld together on a soft, pillowy body courtesy of spelt flakes. Finishes with a moderate bitterness, which rounds out the palate and plays well with the intensely tropical hop profile.

The thick body delivers an almost oven baked carrot earthy quality, with an oily juiciness following it that is washed away with vibrant carbonation, leaving zesty fruity sourness behind.

Thick and oily salted caramel Imperial Stout brewed with tonka beans, in collaboration with Sofia Electric Brewing.

Taste: Taking the first sip is like biting into a chocolate lava cake. Rich and sugary, it then leaves you with toffee, star anise and some cocoa bitterness. A dash of salt and gentle carbonation round things up, making the beer easy-drinking despite the hefty alcohol content. Baba Tonka is warm, welcoming, and generous, and we are happy to have met her!.

Easy-drinking hazy IPA brewed with pineapple and Pink Boots Blend hops. A collective effort by women of Põhjala, created to add equality, inclusivity and fun into the craft beer world.

Taste: Fruity and effervescent, this beer is like a sunlit hop playground. A refreshing light body is compensated with the pleasantly bitter flavour punch that delivers balanced, full, subtly mineral taste. The lingering aftertaste is almost sweet, leaving the palate clean and longing for another sip.

Nose: Starting off with big tropical notes - is it pineapple or mango? Could be both! — the aroma then moves onto ripe melon, peach, and citrus. You can sense some floral perfume and a lot of bubble gum, but none of them dominate, leaving room for each other and working as a perfect team — just like we did.

On the second sip hops come right to the front, with classic tastes of dry hop bio-transformation. Taste: Strong vinous notes with a prickly, rounded anise character quickly following. Parma violets and rich sweet caramelised fig notes mingle with the decadent malt character and delicate sweet citrus. As the beer warms the taste morphs even more, bouncing between sweet and spice, leaving behind a well rounded fruity body.
